Installation Steps

1. Clone Repository

bash
git clone https://github.com/delorenj/mcp-server-trello
cd mcp-server-trello

2. Copy Environment Template and Configure

bash
cp .env.template .env

3. Build and Run with Docker Compose

bash
docker compose up --build

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Issue: Server won't start Solution: Check Node.js version and reinstall dependencies. Issue: Not recognized by Claude Desktop Solution: Verify configuration file path and syntax.
