The Reactome-MCP-Server is an unofficial Model Context Protocol server designed for accessing Reactome pathway and systems biology data. It features eight tools that utilize live API data, including pathway search, detailed pathway information, gene-to-pathway mapping, disease pathways, pathway hierarchy, participants in pathways, biochemical reactions, and protein interactions.
